How much protein should you be eating to lose weight?

What's the right amount to be taking on in order to succeed when wanting to shift some weight? If you stick to a basis of 1.5g to every kg of your body weight you are pretty much on the right track to maintain a good decrease in fat reduction. Add this to high intense weight session 3-4 times a week with additional cardio vascular work if necessary and the fat and pounds should burn away. Try it out and keep us posted with your progress
