October Ebor Fitness Gym Challenge

This month at Ebor Fitness in York we want to know how long will it take you to do 100 burpees? One of the most basic things to do getting yourself up and down off the floor but yet this can be very challenging movement for most adults. Let’s get these lungs going and see what your body is capable of.

RULES:

*Full Burpees (Chest contact to floor, jump in between reps)

*100 Burpees must be completed

*Only full reps count

*Staff member present to verify

*Fastest time wins

Our overall winner will receive a 5kg fresh lean meat pack kindly donated by Malcolm Michaels Quality Butchers Ltd who are based in Leeds City Centre Market
